  • Assessments – Assessment interviews are conducted to evaluate individuals for selection and development purposes.  Each assessment provides a thorough evaluation of an individual’s characteristics in areas such as problem solving, interpersonal skills, personality attributes and leadership style.  Strengths and areas for development are highlighted and the individual receives specific feedback and instruction from the evaluating consultant.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions – A critical, but often overlooked, factor in successful mergers is how well the two organizations complement one another in terms of talent.  Cultural compatibility is another important concern.  Ruda Cohen & Associates assists in the due diligence process by evaluating these and other ‘soft’ characteristics.  Once particular issues are identified, we will work with the organizations to address them both during and after the merger process.
  • Strategic Succession Planning – Planning for the future of an organization is a vital exercise.  Often overlooked in this strategic plan are questions of personnel development.  We can help you to plan for the future of your organization by identifying and developing your human resources.  Utilizing proven assessment procedures, we assess the strengths and areas for development for your people and then help you to carve a path for their succession through your organization.
  • Training – Our training programs address the essential skills and competencies needed for success in today’s workplace.   We offer extended courses in leadership development, interpersonal skills and negotiation.  A variety of day long or half-day courses can also be provided in areas such as team problem solving, interviewing skills, communications and listening skills, and giving feedback.
  • Change Management – An organization’s long-term success is dependent on an ability to identify necessary changes and then guide employees through a successful transition.  Often these changes seem simple on paper, but implementing them proves more difficult.  Our consultants provide management the appropriate guidance and support in designing and implementing critical change efforts.
  • Teambuilding – The best teams are “greater than the sum of their parts.”  However, this can be difficult to achieve.  Our consultants work closely with team members on an individual and group basis to identify common strengths and areas for improvement.  We then provide specific instruction to help the team grow stronger together and realize its potential.
  • 360°Surveys – Our expert-designed, paper-and-pencil surveys provide individuals with a comprehensive view of how others perceive their impact and behavior in the workplace.  These surveys provide a wealth of insight and excellent guidance for self-development efforts.  The 360˚ process can also be conducted through personal interviews with bosses, subordinates, customers (internal and external) and peers.
  • Career Services – In today’s ever-changing business environment, employees are faced with greater options and more difficult choices than ever before.  Our services help guide individuals through these difficult choice points and allow them to manage their careers in a strategic and proactive manner.  We also coach individuals through the difficult period of outplacement.
