We begin by asking questions.  Why does this change need to be made?  Are there other options?  What are the potential positive and negative consequences for the organization?  How quickly can employees adjust to the changes?   Once these and other preliminary issues are addressed, your organization can develop a clearer vision for what it would like to achieve and how it can be done.

No change initiative, no matter how beneficial it could be for the organization, can succeed without the involvement and commitment of the right people.  We help you identify the right message to communicate to others about the proposed changes.  We can also facilitate the process of getting input and ideas from employees in key positions.  On occasion, special sessions might need to be held to let employees express their concerns and deal with the proposed changes on an emotional level.
