Janice A. Syslo, Ph.D. Janice A. Syslo is a Management Consultant with Ruda Cohen & Associates, specialists in communication and management development. Her client base covers a variety of industries; both small firms and fortune 500 companies. Her areas of expertise include individual assessments, coaching, succession planning and leadership development and organizational assessments and surveys. Dr. Syslo began her career as a psychologist studying brain functioning and brain-behavior relationships. Her interests in neurological processing lead to interest and practice in assessing a variety of different behaviors for individuals. She then began applying these assessment concepts to individuals in an organizational setting. She received her Ph.D. from The University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School in 1987.
