Mitchell H. Cohen, Ph.D.

Mitchell H. Cohen is a Partner with Ruda Cohen & Associates.  He joined Gehlhausen Ruda, now Ruda Cohen, in 1980 and became a Partner in the firm in 1985.

His client base covers a variety of industries; both small firms and fortune 500 companies.  His areas of expertise include organizational assessments and surveys, team-building, individual assessments, and management training.  Some of the training programs he has conducted over the last several years include:  interviewing, active listening, interpersonal skills, leadership, and giving and receiving feedback.

Prior to joining Ruda Cohen, he was a research psychologist at the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral & Social Sciences.  His work here involved developing methods for improving the U.S. Army’s overall organization effectiveness.

He received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Washington University in 1980.  He received his B.S. in Psychology from Boston University in 1974.
